1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days.
Withdrawal Notice
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, though this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically via our Exercise Right of Withdrawal page.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal for Personalised Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This applies only to products with genuine customer-side personalisation, such as individual names, texts, special motifs, or custom-made items. Standard designs, sizes, and colours from our shop are not affected.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Please return the goods unworn, unwashed, and in a clean condition where possible.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You are only liable for diminished value if it results from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Wrong Size Ordered
Please check the relevant size guide on the product page before placing your order.
If you ordered the wrong size and the ordered size was correctly delivered, this does not constitute a product defect.
In this case, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, provided the conditions are met. We do not currently offer free size exchanges.
6. Defective Item, Misprint, or Wrong Article
If your product is damaged, incorrectly printed, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at:

To help us process your complaint quickly, please send us:
- Your order number, if available
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the defect
- A photo of the shipping label, if relevant
We will review the case and, for justified complaints, provide an appropriate solution such as a replacement delivery, rectification, or refund.
For defective items, please contact us before returning the goods so we can advise you on the most suitable next steps. Depending on the case, photos may be sufficient for review.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
